Returns & Replacements

Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Please do not write on the product or the product packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns with the exception of defective merchandise or order discrepancies. Return Authorization number must be obtained before returning products and needs to be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges returning products to us.


If there is a discrepancy with your order we will quickly resolve the issue and get you the products you need. If products need to be returned to us we will issue a Returns Authorization and provide a UPS Returns Label.

We stand behind the products we sell, and we're confident that it will be the solution you've been looking for. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund for up to 30 days after placing your order*.
